FORMUFIT 1" Internal Couplings in Orange connect two segments of 1 in. Schedule 40 PVC pipes internally, leaving a smooth, flush, and hidden connection. The best answer for when you need to extend 5-foot or 40-inch segments of PVC pipe to longer lengths. This tight-fitting coupler is ideal for collapsible or breakdown points in projects and designs.

Cement Recommended

Due to variances of inside pipe diameters, we strongly recommend using PVC cement to attach internal couplings permanently if they appear loose or insert easily. For assistance with installing couplings, please refer to the Product Instructions guide below.

Compatible with 1" Schedule 40 Furniture Grade or Plumbing Grade PVC pipe.

Schedule 40 Only

This product will only work with Schedule 40 PVC pipe. It cannot be used with Schedule 80 or Thinwall PVC pipe.

This product is specifically designed to fit common 1" Schedule 40 PVC pipe, which has an actual outside diameter of 1.315 in. and an average inside diameter of 1.049 in. Due to the internal-fit nature of this Internal Coupling, it will not work with other schedules of PVC pipe.
