FORMUFIT 1-1/4 in. Caster Fitting Inserts in White easily allow you to attach casters to PVC fittings to make your PVC structure mobile. Insert grip ring stem or attach threaded stem casters into the Caster Fitting Insert, then push these internal fitting caps inside the socket of a PVC fitting. Caster Fittings Inserts pair perfectly with FORMUFIT Swivel Casters, which pop into place.

  • Insert fits internally inside of FORMUFIT or other 1-1/4" size PVC fittings only, with a socket diameter of 1-5/8" (1.660").
  • Inserts let you create portable or roll-away applications using off-the-shelf threaded post casters or 7/16" grip ring casters inside a PVC fitting.
  • Caster Fitting Inserts can be used to create axles in horizontal applications using 7/16" diameter steel rods to act as axle shaft support.
  • Premium UV resistant PVC material withstands sunlight damage and fluorescent light degradation.
  • Fitting inserts contain non-toxic impact modifiers for applications requiring durability and frequent abuse.
  • Glossy, clean, unmarked fitting surfaces provide a professional appearance. 95% of the Caster Fitting Insert is hidden from view in most fittings.
  • Caster Fitting Insert has a solid white color throughout the entire caster insert inside and out.

Compatible with 1-1/4" Furniture Grade or Plumbing Grade PVC pipe.

This product is specifically designed to fit 1-1/4" PVC pipe, which has an actual outside diameter of 1.660 in.
