How to Use: Internal Coupling

To connect Internal Couplings to PVC pipe:

Insert Internal Coupling

1. Insert the Internal Coupling into the end of the segment of Schedule 40 PVC pipe.

Bore out inside if needed

2. If difficulty is encountered in inserting the Internal Coupling, use a blade or a blunt edge to bevel the inside diameter of the PVC pipe.

Insert second half PVC Coupling

3.  Insert the opposing end of the Internal Coupling inside the end of another Schedule 40 PVC pipe.

4.  Tap into place until the seams disappears.

Securing

While friction alone should keep the pipe and coupling connected, use PVC cement for a completely secure connection.

If difficulty is encountered in inserting the Internal Coupling, use a blade or a blunt edge to bevel the inside diameter of the PVC pipe.
