Beneath the Kansas prairie lies FORMUFIT's primary distribution center, situated 125 feet below ground level within a 270-million-year-old limestone formation. This 26,000-square-foot facility has been ingeniously repurposed within a reclaimed limestone mine, offering a sustainable green space.
Green Space
At almost 3 million square feet, the Meritex Industrial Park is one of a handful of retired limestone mines in the Kansas City area that have been converted into a warehouse, business, and flex space over the last 20 years.
