About My Order
Check Order Status
If you created an account during checkout, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting the Order number link.
Even if you did not create an account during checkout, you will receive two emails, which will contain all order information:
- An order confirmation containing the items you ordered, as well as an order number. Order status can be checked by clicking the link in email you received.
- A shipping confirmation containing the tracking information for your order. Shipping and tracking can be checked by clicking the link in email you received.
Order Cancellation & Changes
- We cannot change an order (update quantities, add/remove items, etc.) once it has been completed through checkout. If you need to change an order, we will need to cancel the order for you and refund any charges, to allow you to order again.
- We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped and is in Unfulfilled status. You can cancel your order by sending an email to email@example.com, M-F 9AM to 5PM CST.
- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or recall the shipment, and you will need to return the order to us once received. Please note that some returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, so please double check that your order is accurate.
Confirm Order Was Placed
- After you place an order online at FORMUFIT.com, you will recieve an order confirmation, which is sent to the email provided during the checkout process. This order confirmation will contain all items in the order, as well as an order number which you can use as reference.
- If you did not receive an order confirmation, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if there was an issue with your email address or order specifics. Also, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders as some email filters will put your order email in these locations.
Shipping & Delivery
- Please see our Shipping Policy for all questions related to shipping.
- If you did not receive a shipping confirmation within four (4) business days, you can contact us at email@example.com to get the status of your order or shipment.
Please Note: It can take up to four (4) business days for orders that contain PVC pipe to leave our warehouse.
We accept most new PVC fitting, pipe and accessory returns within 30 days from the date of payment, however certain restricitons apply.
- Please see our Returns Policy page for details on all returns.
- To request a return, please contact us, with your order number, at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization and return instructions.
- Return requests after 30-days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
- We cannot accept any returns that are 60-days past the purchase date.
We don't offer live phone support or ordering at this time. Our preferred support method is via email or through our Contact page. This allows us to keep our overall pricing down while maintaining a feature-rich product line.
