Creating a formufit.com account is quick and easy, whether at any time or during checkout. An account provides seamless order tracking, easy access to order history, and simple reordering capabilities.

If you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation within four (4) business days of placing your order, you can contact us at info@formufit.com to get the status of your order or shipment.

Returns

We accept most new PVC fitting and accessory returns within 30 days of payment; however, certain restrictions apply to most PVC pipe returns. Please review our return policy for detailed information on eligible items and return procedures.

Phone Support

We don't offer live phone support or ordering at this time. Our preferred support method is via email or through our Contact page.

Through email, we are able to gather order and product details and other information, providing you with personalized assistance. We also link to educational resources that help you get the most out of our products.

Check Order Status

If you created an account during checkout, log in and select the Order number link to check your order status.

If you did not create an account, you can still check your order status using the emails you receive after placing the order:

  1. An order confirmation email with your order details and a link to check order status.
  2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information and a link to check shipping status.

Order Edit/Changes

You can change or modify your order using one of two methods:

  • Click the 'View your order' button in the order confirmation email you received. This will take you to the order status page, where you can click the 'Edit' button to modify your order.
  • If you created an account, log in and click on the order number. Then, click the 'Edit' button to modify your order.

Order Cancellation

We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped and is still in Unfulfilled status. To cancel, please email us at info@formufit.com between M-F 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or recall the shipment. You will need to return the order once received. Please note that some returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and PVC pipe is not returnable. Please double-check that your order information is accurate before placing it.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order on FORMUFIT.com, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all items in your order and an order number for reference.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folders, as some email filters may redirect it there. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us at info@formufit.com to check for issues with your email address or order details.
