After you place an order on formufit.com, we'll email you an order confirmation from info@formufit.com within a few minutes. It lists every item in your order along with your order number, which you'll need for any questions about your order.

Don't see it? Search your inbox for info@formufit.com, and check your spam or junk folder, since some email filters redirect order emails there. You can also sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout to view your order.

Still can't find it? Email info@formufit.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll confirm your order and check for any issues with your email address.

There are two easy ways to check your order status:

1. Sign in to your account. Enter the email address you used at checkout, and we'll send you a one-time code. Then select your order number to see its status and tracking. This works even if you checked out as a guest.
2. Use your order emails. Your order confirmation email includes a View your order button that links to your order status page. Once your order ships, your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking information is added when your order ships. Fittings and accessories orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, and orders with PVC pipe within 3 to 5 business days.

You can edit your order yourself before it ships. There are two ways to get started:

1. From your confirmation email. Select View your order to open your order status page, then select Edit.
2. From your account. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, select your order number, then select Edit.

If the Edit button isn't showing, your order may already be processing or shipped.

Email info@formufit.com with your order number and the changes you need, and we'll let you know what we can do.

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Since fittings and accessories orders often ship within 1 to 2 business days, email info@formufit.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Our team handles cancellations Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Requests received after hours are handled the next business day.

Only need to change something? You may be able to edit your order instead. See Edit or Change an Order.

Already shipped? Once an order ships, we can't cancel it or recall the package. You'll need to return the items after they arrive, and most returns carry a 10% restocking fee. See our Return Policy for details.

To avoid delays or fees, please double-check pipe sizes and quantities before placing your order.

Orders with only fittings and accessories typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders that include PVC pipe typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Orders of $149 or more qualify for free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states with FORMUFIT ZeroShip.

Shipping outside the US? Some products, including longer pipe lengths, can't ship internationally. See our International Orders page for shipping options and size conversions.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation? Email info@formufit.com with your order number if it's been more than 2 business days for a fittings-only order, or more than 5 business days for an order with pipe.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, let us know within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

To report a problem, email info@formufit.com or use our Contact page. Please include:

• Your order number
• The items affected and what's wrong, such as the wrong size, quantity, or type
• Photos of any damaged items and the shipping box

Please keep the original packaging until your issue is resolved. We'll review your report and follow up within 1 business day.

You can return unused PVC pipe, fittings, and accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee applies.

To start a return, sign in to your account, find your order, and select Request Return. We'll review your request and email you return instructions, usually with a prepaid label. The label cost is deducted from your refund.

A few things to know:

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 6 to 8 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
• We don't offer exchanges. To get a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.
• Returns from 31 to 60 days after purchase are reviewed case by case and carry a 25% restocking fee. Email info@formufit.com to request one.

PVC pipe is sold by nominal size, not by its actual measurement. For example, 1" PVC pipe measures about 1-5/16" across the outside. Most ordering mistakes come from this, so it's worth a quick check before you buy.

Do I need a FORMUFIT account?

No, you can check out as a guest. But a free formufit.com account makes managing your orders easier, and there's no password to remember. Just enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time code to sign in. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.

With an account, you can:

• Track your orders and shipments
• View your full order history, including orders placed with the same email
• Reorder past purchases with Buy again
• Request returns online within 30 days
