Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Transit Times

FORMUFIT offers four shipping methods:

  • Economy: 4–7 business days
  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • 2‑Day: Delivered in 2 business days
  • Next Day Air: Delivered in 1 business day

These services use UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected based on destination and package size.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Fittings & Accessories only: Ships in 1–2 business days.
  • Orders including PVC pipe: Requires cutting and packing; ships in 3–5 business days.

Expedited Shipping & Cutoff Times

Expedited options ship the same business day if ordered before **12:00 PM CST**. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Both 2‑Day and Next Day services require a **physical address** (no P.O. boxes) .

Free Shipping — FORMUFIT ZeroShip

Starting July 1, 2025, any order of $249 or more qualifies for **free shipping** within the contiguous United States. No promo code is needed.

  • Available only on standard delivery within the 48 contiguous states
  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders
  • Not valid on bulk, outlet, or orders placed via third-party platforms
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Requires delivery to a physical address (no P.O. boxes)

Shipping Costs & Dimensional Weight

PVC pipe shipments may incur additional oversize fees—DIM weight pricing and carrier surcharges apply for packages longer than 48 inches. UPS and FedEx may also add residential delivery fees.

Barrier: Pipes over 8 feet must ship via LTL freight, not small-parcel services.

LTL Freight Shipping

We default to FedEx Freight but can ship via your preferred carrier—contact us before ordering at bulk@formufit.com for custom arrangements.

  • Residential LTL rates are higher; commercial or terminal pickup addresses preferred
  • Liftgate services incur additional fees
  • Large pipe pallets require forklift access at delivery location

Tracking Your Order

After we ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if you provided an email address). You can also check order status and tracking via your account or the links in your confirmation email.

International Shipping

We ship overseas—most countries with NPS or metric pipe standards are supported. Add items to your cart and use the shipping calculator to view rates. Be aware:

  • USPS cannot ship PVC pipe due to length limits
  • International shipping is often more expensive than the products themselves
  • Customs fees and import duties are not included in checkout and are paid upon delivery

Carrier Selection

FORMUFIT chooses the most appropriate carrier for cost and logistics. If you require a specific carrier service, please note that at checkout or email us at shipping@formufit.com.

Delays & Holidays

All transit times are estimates and exclude weekends and observed holidays. Severe weather or other disruptions may delay delivery beyond the expected timeframe.
