PVC Display for a Teal Pumpkin Class Party
Jessica Roe, curator of the Everyday Party Magazine blog, has put together a Teal Pumpkin Halloween Table project, using FORMUFIT PVC pipe and fittings.
Jessica was tasked this year with providing a table setting and treats for her son’s Halloween Class Party. Since Jessica’s son has a classmate with food allergies, she opted to theme the class party with a teal pumpkin theme, from the Teal Pumpkin Project, a program that helps make sure all children, even those with food-allergies, will come home on Halloween night with something they can enjoy.
For her project, Jessica needed a platform in which she could display the pumpkins, candy, decorations and cupcakes. She found our Lemonade Stand PVC project on Pinterest and thought it would be ideal for a display stand so she reached out to us that she was interested in putting another purpose to our the project. In the spirit of Halloween, she chose our 1-1/4” Black PVC pipe and specialty fittings for her project.
The skirt and canopy of the stand were made from a single flat twin sized sheet, and Jessica opted to use an iron on hem, since she not been one to sew. She had a piece of wood cut to size for the table top, which she painted with DecoArt white paint. Being so easily portable, she was able to set it up in just 15 minutes in class.

BONUS: Jessica also repurposed the PVC Lemonade Stand (once again) for her tailgating party project. Read more about that here.
