FORMUFIT 1-1/4 in. PVC Internal Ball Caps in Orange fit inside a Schedule 40 PVC pipe, leaving a rounded, ball-shaped end. A unique solution to make a distinctive finish for open ends of PVC pipe. All FORMUFIT PVC ball caps have a smooth ball shape, which provides a clean, spherical-like end to PVC pipe segments. PVC Ball Caps give projects and applications a smooth and professional look.

Cap fits internally inside 1-1/4" Size Sch. 40 PVC pipe only, which has an outside diameter of 1-5/8" (1.660") and an inside diameter of approximately 1-1/4".
Provides a clean, smooth, and rounded end to cut or open PVC pipe segments.
Ball caps provide glossy, clean, unmarked cap surfaces for great finished looks.
Injection-molded using non-toxic impact modifiers for higher durability.
UV resistant PVC material withstands sunlight damage and fluorescent light degradation.
Bright orange color through the entire cap, inside and out.

Cement Recommended

Due to variances of inside pipe diameters, we strongly recommend using PVC cement to attach internal ball caps permanently if they appear loose or insert easily.

Compatible with 1-1/4" Schedule 40 Furniture Grade or Plumbing Grade PVC pipe.

Schedule 40 Only

This product will only work with Schedule 40 PVC pipe. It cannot be used with Schedule 80 or Thinwall PVC pipe.

This product is specifically designed to fit common 1-1/4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe, which has an actual outside diameter of 1.660 in. and an average inside diameter of 1.380 in. Due to the internal-fit nature of this Internal Ball Cap, it will not work with other schedules of PVC pipe.
