FORMUFIT 1 in. PVC Internal Dome Caps in Orange fit inside a Schedule 40 PVC pipe, leaving a smooth, domed end. An exceptional solution to make a gentle finish for open ends of PVC pipe. All FORMUFIT PVC inner dome caps have a smooth domed shape on the top, providing a clean, flush end to PVC pipe. Their balanced and simple appearance gives projects and applications a smooth and professional look.

Cap fits internally inside 1" Size Sch. 40 PVC pipe only, which has an outside diameter of 1-5/16" (1.315") and an inside diameter of approximately 1".
Provides a clean, smooth, and flush end to cut or open PVC pipe segments.
PVC Pipe capped with these dome caps will fit inside a PVC fitting and can separate PVC pipes to hold fluids, sand, and other fill materials.
Glossy, clean, unmarked fitting surfaces.
Injection-molded using non-toxic impact modifiers for higher durability.
UV resistant PVC material withstands sunlight damage and fluorescent light degradation.
Bright orange color through the entire cap, inside and out.

Cement Recommended

Due to variances of inside pipe diameters, we strongly recommend using PVC cement to attach internal dome caps permanently if they appear loose or insert easily.

Compatible with 1" Schedule 40 Furniture Grade or Plumbing Grade PVC pipe.

Schedule 40 Only

This product will only work with Schedule 40 PVC pipe. It cannot be used with Schedule 80 or Thinwall PVC pipe.

This product is specifically designed to fit common 1" Schedule 40 PVC pipe, which has an actual outside diameter of 1.315 in. and an average inside diameter of 1.049 in. Due to the internal-fit nature of this Internal Dome Cap, it will not work with other schedules of PVC pipe.
